Community Horizons is assisting a member to find the right fit for a 1

on 1 position in a supportive environment. This is a great opportunity

to help him maintain independence while remaining in his home. This role

is unique, as it allows caregivers the ability to focus on attention to

details with self-directed services. Schedule: Thursdays: 6:00pm-7:00am

Fridays and Saturdays: 7:00pm-7:00am Sundays: 7:00pm-6:00am Mondays,

Tuesdays, and Wednesdays: 6:00pm-6:00am Pay: \$22.00-\$27.88/hour

depending on experience Tasks: Bowel program-including digital

stimulation Skin Care Medication management Tube feeding cares

Suctioning Ventilator cares Assistance with ADL\'s Light housekeeping

Documentation Ideal Candidate: Dependable Reliable transportation

Conscientious, attention to details Open to learning and able to follow

direction Nursing, CNA, CBRF certified, or medical background This

position provides training and support to the right candidates. This is

a full-time or part-time position with hours available every other week.
