Delivery Driver – FedEx Ground Contractor (Full-Time)

S&B Operations, a contractor for FedEx Ground, is hiring full-time Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. If you are reliable, self-motivated, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to start a rewarding career in package delivery.

Pay & Schedule:

• $130/day starting pay $150 after training
• $20/day bonus for working Saturdays
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, occasional Saturday
• Full-time position with year-round work

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle (box truck or step truck) to deliver packages to homes and businesses
• Load and unload packages efficiently
• Follow all traffic laws and safety guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
• Accurately scan and track all deliveries

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license (no CDL required)
• Good driving record and ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus
• Previous delivery driver or commercial driving experience preferred but not required
