Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments such as facials, body waxing, and makeup application with precision and care.
• Provide personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products that align with clients’ goals.
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in all treatment areas, ensuring a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Use salon software to schedule appointments and manage client records efficiently.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare instructions to promote long-term results.
• Support retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and enhancing the overall client experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Open to fresh talent eager to learn and grow in esthetics.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients empathetically and professionally.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a pristine treatment environment.
• Familiarity with salon management software is a plus.
• Background or certification in cosmetology or skincare is preferred.
• Skills in spray tanning and nail care are a peachy bonus.
