Aesthe by MD is a tri-state medical spa with multiple locations across Connecticut and New Jersey. We are currently hiring experienced full-time and part-time Estheticians for our Connecticut locations:

• 141 Post Road, Westport, CT
• 1290 Summer Street, Stamford, CT
• 349 Greenwich Ave, Greenwich, CT 06830

We are seeking passionate, professional, and service-oriented Estheticians who embody our values, strive for excellence, and bring enthusiasm to everything they do. In this role, you will help shape the guest experience by delivering exceptional treatments and outstanding customer care.

Requirements

• Licensed Esthetician in the state of Connecticut
• 1–2 years of experience preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Follow all Aesthe by MD service standards and protocols
• Follow proper payroll procedures
• Clean and reset treatment rooms after each service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and quiet work environment
• Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked at the end of each shift
• Educate guests on MedSpa services and retail offerings
• Perform treatments scheduled during your shift
• Analyze skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products
• Properly set up, operate, and sanitize facial equipment
• Deliver professional, relaxing, and results-driven facial treatments

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Experience with skin and body treatments
• Sales experience preferred
• Experience performing laser treatments; laser license is a plus
• Knowledge of MedSpa operations and procedures
• Dual license preferred
• Ability to lift, bend, walk, and move objects up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• Cosmetology License (Preferred)
