Full Time & Part Time Night Dispatcher

We are seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Night Dispatchers to support our family owned fuel transportation company. We schedule and deliver hundreds of time-sensitive fuel loads across the southwestern United States each week. We take pride in maintaining strong relationships and clear communication between our customers and drivers. Schedule:

We are currently hiring for two Night Dispatcher positions:

Schedule 1: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Schedule 2: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Occasionally, both positions may be required to cover day shifts or alternate night schedules based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of calls and emails between drivers and customers, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Order and monitor fuel inventory while maintaining accurate data entry for various stations and business accounts
• Schedule daily fuel loads using TMW and assign deliveries to drivers across the southwestern United States
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with drivers and customers to support efficient operations

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrated sense of urgency, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through in a high-volume setting
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with team members
• Ability to respond quickly to real-time changes in schedules, routes, and driver needs
• Proficient in navigating multiple software platforms with a high level of accuracy
• Prior experience in trucking, logistics, or freight operations required
• Experience with TMW Fuel Services preferred
• Must be able to provide two professional references
• Must be able to complete a minimum of two weeks of in-person training in Flagstaff, AZ (Monday–Friday)
• Position requires working on-site at our Phoenix office
• Ability to work holidays, overtime, and be on call as needed
