Key Responsibilities
- Review, interpret, and sign out reports across routine and advanced pathology tests.
- Supervise quality control and quality assurance processes.
- Guide laboratory technicians and ensure proper sample handling and processing.
- Correlate clinical and laboratory findings to ensure diagnostic accuracy.
- Participate in NABL-related documentation and audit preparedness.
- Collaborate with radiology and clinical teams for integrated diagnosis when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Provide clinical consultations to referring physicians.
- Actively contribute to business growth by:
- Supporting the expansion of pathology test offerings.
- Assisting in doctor networking, clinical outreach, and establishing strong referral relationships.
- Contributing to patient education initiatives and awareness programs.
- Working closely with management to improve service quality and build trust in the pathology vertical.
Requirements:
- MD / DNB Pathology from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with respective medical council.
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills across multiple pathology domains.
- Ability to maintain high accuracy while handling high sample volumes.
- Good communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced diagnostic environment.
- Prior NABL experience is an advantage (not mandatory).
Compensation:
- Pay range varies based on experience.
- Incentive-based components included, linked to reporting volume, quality, and contribution to business growth.
- Final package will be discussed during the interview.
