Full-Time Personal / Office Assistant (Real Estate)

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Personal/Office Assistant to support a busy real estate agent in Glendale. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage both administrative tasks and personal assistance duties while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
  • Assist with real estate transactions and documentation
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and partners
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and follow-ups
  • Support marketing efforts, including social media management
  • Organize files, records, and office systems
  • Run occasional errands as needed

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Armenian and English (required)
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Social media savvy (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Prior real estate experience is a plus (not required)
