Synergy Care is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at High Hope Care Center in Sulphur, LA. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment while making a meaningful impact on the lives of the elderly residents at this skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications:
