Pay: $22–$27 per hour
Bonuses:

• $2,000–$16,000 retention bonus based on enrollment and tenure
• Additional bonuses up to $400 awarded 2–4 times annually for exceptional project presentations and contributions

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and engaging classroom environment
• Support children’s social-emotional growth through attachment-based practices
• Develop emergent curriculum inspired by children’s interests
• Observe, document, and reflect on children’s learning
• Collaborate with families and teaching teams
• Participate in ongoing professional development and reflective practice
• Maintain a safe, organized, and enriching classroom

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 12 ECE units
• Experience working with preschool-aged children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for child-centered education

Preferred

• Knowledge of Reggio Emilia philosophy
• Experience with play-based and emergent curriculum
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth
