The parents take a gentle, age-appropriate approach to discipline, using natural consequences when needed. Open communication is very important—both parents are reachable and encourage questions from the nanny. The parents are very involved with the kids and like to communicate via a group chat. The family cherishes laughter, fun, and the joy of watching their children grow, whether in speech development, reading, or everyday milestones.

Keeping the house picked up and orderly, wiping counters/table, vacuuming, putting stuff away, note when running low on items etc., Transportation to/from school and fun activities. Ultimately, the family is seeking a professional, long-term nanny who brings at least two years of childcare experience, including experience with infants and caring for multiple children. They are looking for someone trustworthy, dependable, engaging and patient. The ideal nanny is creative and intentional in planning activities and learning opportunities that support the children’s interest and development. The family truly seeks a team approach, so a nanny that is adaptable, positive, and genuinely desires to work with the parents as partners in raising the children. They should be proactive, take initiative, while maintaining an organized and tidy environment.
