Full-Time Property Maintenance Technician

Job Location: Harrisburg or Hanover, PA

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person

Experience: 5+ years experience

Compensation: $28/hour to start

What You’ll Do

• As a Property Maintenance Technician, you’ll handle a variety of maintenance tasks across multiple properties. Your responsibilities will include:
• Performing general repairs in electrical, plumbing, heating, carpentry, and other areas
• Troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Communicating with property managers and tenants to ensure all maintenance needs are met promptly and professionally

What We’re Looking For

• Must be located in or willing to work in Harrisburg or Hanover, PA
• 5+ years experience
• Reliable truck and a complete set of tools required
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
• Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
• Physically fit to handle the rigors of maintenance work
