Job Overview

Backyard Real Estate is looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. If you have a passion for sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the Qatar real estate market, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a strong client portfolio.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
• Negotiate offers and close transactions successfully.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and investors.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
• Prepare and manage contracts and other real estate documentation.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and leasing targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Qatar real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar property market.
• Goal-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Trustworthy, professional, and maintains high ethical standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferred).
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Must possess a valid Qatar driver's license.
• Must own a reliable vehicle for property viewings and client meetings.
• Valid QID with transferable visa (preferred).
