Key Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Qatar
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of the Qatar real estate market, including sales and leasing
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Professional appearance with a positive, customer-focused attitude
• Valid Qatar driving license is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings, consultations, and client meetings
• Generate, follow up, and convert leads into successful transactions
• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system
• Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets
• Build lasting relationships with clients and investors
• Stay informed about market trends, new developments, and available property listings
