Full Time Real Estate Photographer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Photographer to capture stunning, high-quality images of residential and commercial properties. This role will be 5-6 days a week so we need someone with this availability. Your creative eye and technical expertise will help elevate property listings, making them stand out in a competitive market. This paid position is perfect for passionate photographers eager to specialize in real estate visuals and contribute to compelling marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site photography sessions at various properties, ensuring optimal lighting and composition to highlight key features
• Record video tours of homes and commercial spaces using professional equipment.
• Edit video tours using Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premier
• Collaborate with real estate agents, property managers, or marketing teams to understand specific visual requirements and branding guidelines
• Drive to up to 4 homes per day
• License to fly drones and comply with the FAA rules.

Skills

• Proficiency in photography equipment operation and composition techniques specific to real estate visuals
• Strong video editing skills with expertise in Final Cut or Adobe Premier
• Experience with post-production workflows including retouching, cropping, and adjusting lighting for maximum impact
• Ability to shoot high-quality video footage for property tours using videography tools such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro
• Art direction skills to style scenes effectively and create visually engaging content
• Familiarity with social media management for optimizing images for various platforms
• Basic sales acumen to understand how visual content influences buyer interest
