Full-time position | Starting at $16/hour
What You’ll Do

Manage a multi-line phone system and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments with professionalism and care

Greet customers as they enter the dealership and assist or connect them with the appropriate team member

Provide a warm, friendly, and helpful first impression for all guests

Assist management with clerical and administrative tasks as needed

Maintain an organized and efficient front desk area

Support team members with additional duties to ensure smooth daily operations

Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred

Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and convey information effectively

Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail

Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office, etc.)

Flexible availability, including evenings and occasional Saturdays

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Schedule & Work Environment

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Periodically may be needed until 6pm

Occasional Saturdays as needed to support coverage

Onsite role in a dealership showroom environment
