Position Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Receptionist / Patient Experience Coordinator who will serve as the central communication hub of our office. This individual will ensure that every patient interaction — from first phone call to checkout — is seamless, professional, and welcoming.

Primary Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and check patients in and out
• Manage multi-line phone system
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Verify insurance eligibility and patient information
• Collect copays and balances
• Enter and update patient data accurately
• Maintain organized front desk systems and workflows
• Support clinical and optical teams as needed
• Assist with maintaining a polished and professional office environment

Qualifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
