Full-Time Residential and Airbnb Cleaner

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to help us keep our clients' spaces looking amazing! If you're the kind of person who loves making a room sparkle and takes pride in a job well done, you’ll fit right in. You’ll need to be great at managing your time, comfortable working with a team in a fast paced environment, and know your way around standard cleaning gear. Come help us make spaces shine!

What You'll Do

• Make places spotless: Give homes and Airbnbs a top-to-bottom clean so they look great, feel fresh, and are fully sanitized.
• Keep an eye on the clock: Manage your time well to make sure everything gets done on schedule and clients stay happy.
• Lend a hand: Pitch in with prepping cleaning supplies and tackling the laundry for the day.

What We're Looking For

• Punctuality is key: You're great at managing your time and naturally good at sticking to a schedule.
• Experience is cool: Past experience in housekeeping or janitorial work is an awesome bonus (but definitely let us know if you're just a naturally gifted neat freak!).

The Need-to-Knows

• Go with the flow: Our daily schedule is driven by Airbnb bookings and the number of units we’re tackling that day.
• Sundays are a must: Sunday is our busiest day for turnovers, so being available to work every Sunday is mandatory.
• Reliable wheels: Since hitting our start times is super important for our guests, you'll need reliable transportation to our meeting spot in Alachua. There are no buses that come this way.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
