Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Respiratory Therapists to join our Sleep Apnea Specialty Team in a Full-Time capacity.

Position Summary

The Respiratory Therapist will provide specialized support and education to patients receiving sleep apnea therapy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PAP therapy equipment, strong clinical knowledge, and the ability to establish rapport with patients while delivering exceptional customer service.

Please note: This is not an entry-level position. Qualified applicants must have prior experience in respiratory therapy and sleep-related patient care.

Essential Qualifications

• Current RCP License (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience (Required)
• RRT credential (Preferred)
• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience reading and understanding sleep studies
• Proficiency with:
• CPAP equipment
• APAP equipment
• BiPAP equipment
• SV Adapt therapy devices

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Candidates Must live in the West Houston / Katy area and are strongly encouraged to apply

Compensation & Schedule

• $20.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Bonus opportunities available
• Office hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• No overnight shifts
