You’ll also collaborate with team members to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. You will:

• Provide outstanding customer service with a smile
• Assist customers in choosing the best car wash packages and products
• Upsell memberships and additional services to enhance the customer experience
• Build relationships by listening to customers and recommending the right services
• Maintain a clean, organized sales area and assist with light cleaning duties
• Safely and politely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet or exceed sales goals
• Stay informed about products, pricing, and current promotions

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A friendly, proactive, and team-first attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Must be 18+ to operate certain machinery
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to remain active and on your feet throughout the shift
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks as needed

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Sales or customer service experience is a strong plus
