Full-Time SDR/Closer

Role: Sales Development Representative / Closer
Type: Full-Time (Hybrid/Flexible) – Freelance contract first 3 months

Compensation:

• Base salary: AED 2,500 / month
• Commission: 10–15% on net revenue (depending on package)
• Bonus for going beyond KPIs
• High earning potential (8–12k/month possible when ramped)

Ad Frame is a Dubai-based performance marketing agency helping clinics, dentists, wellness centers, and aesthetic brands grow through content production, social media management, and paid ads.

We are in a startup growth phase, building a sharp team that can grow with us and eventually take leadership roles. You will be part of the core team shaping the future of the agency.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for driving new client acquisition through outbound outreach and closing small–mid size retainers.

Daily responsibilities:

• Prospecting clinics, medspas, dentists, and wellness centers
• Cold calling, WhatsApp outreach, email sequences, and LinkedIn
• Booking meetings and running initial discovery calls
• Closing deals (with guidance from founder until ramped)
• CRM management inside Apollo.io & HubSpot
• Suggesting improvements to scripts, offers, and sales funnels
• Coordinating with freelancers after deals close
• Helping shape Ad Frame’s sales engine and best practices

Who We’re Looking For

Someone who is:

✔ Able to close deals without hand-holding
✔ Comfortable working with flexible hours
✔ Has experience with agencies OR in selling services (bonus)
✔ Speaks clear English
✔ Reliable and consistent - this role requires discipline
