Fort Wayne Country Club (FWCC) is seeking hospitality-driven professionals to join our team for the 2026 season. As a premier private club, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences for our membership.

We are currently hiring full-time, part-time, and seasonal team members who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and take pride in providing elevated service.

Pool Servers

Part-Time | Seasonal | Starting at $13/hour + gratuities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, professional food and beverage service in pool and outdoor dining areas
• Maintain a positive, member-focused attitude
• Ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery
• Uphold cleanliness and organization of service areas

Qualifications:

• Minimum age: 19 (to serve alcohol)
• Must obtain and maintain a valid liquor license
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Previous experience preferred; training provided

Reports To: Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Food Runners / Bussers

Part-Time | Seasonal | Starting at $13/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Run food from kitchen to dining areas efficiently
• Clear and reset tables promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of dining spaces
• Assist with event and outlet setup as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum age: 16
• Strong teamwork and sense of urgency

Reports To: Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Banquet Servers

Part-Time | Seasonal | On-Call | Starting at $13/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide food and beverage service for events and banquets
• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Move furniture, tables, and chairs as part of event execution
• Carry and lift trays during service
• Deliver a polished and engaging guest experience

Qualifications:

• Minimum age: 18
• Must obtain and maintain a valid liquor license
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Experience preferred but not required

Reports To: Banquet & Events Manager

Banquet Houseperson

Part-Time | On-Call | Starting at $13/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and break down event spaces according to BEOs
• Maintain cleanliness of banquet areas and storage spaces
• Assist service staff during events as needed
• Transport tables, chairs, and equipment
• Report maintenance or operational issues

Qualifications:

• Minimum age: 16
• Detail-oriented and reliable

Reports To: Banquet & Events Manager

Line Cook / Culinary Team Member

Full-Time & Part-Time | Compensation Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute menu items to club standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team

Qualifications:

• Minimum age: 18
• Previous culinary or food service experience preferred
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Additional Details:

• Seasonal roles may transition into year-round opportunities based on performance and club needs

Reports To: Executive Chef / Culinary Leadership Team

Physical & Schedule Requirements (Applies to All Positions)

• Expected to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by Club operations
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
• Frequent bending, reaching, and walking, including in hot and humid kitchen conditions
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
