FULL TIME SEASONAL Front End Loader Operator/Yard Help

Raupp Brothers Landscaping is seeking a dependable and experienced full time seasonal employee to join us as a Front End Loader Operator/Yard Help team member. This position involves operating equipment daily in a fast-paced landscaping supply yard while assisting with customer sales and loading, material handling, and general yard operations. Please note that this position is NOT solely for front end loader operation. We also require that the individual hired for this role assist in the sale of trees, shrubs, and other landscape material in our nursery.

**Applicants MUST have prior front end loader operating experience and a valid driver's license. Applicants without heavy equipment experience should not apply**

Job Responsibilities

• Operate front end loaders and other yard equipment safely and efficiently
• Load mulch, soil, stone, and landscape materials for customers and crew members
• Assist customers in the nursery/yard
• Organize and maintain yard inventory and materials
• Assist with plant material handling and nursery upkeep
• Perform general yard maintenance and cleanup
• Support deliveries and landscape operations as needed

Requirements

• Prior front end loader operating experience is REQUIRED
• A valid driver's license is REQUIRED
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Landscaping, construction, farm nursery, or other outdoor labor experience is preferred

Schedule

• Full time seasonal--applicants will work full time during the warm months and will be laid off before winter
• Monday-Friday with some Saturdays required during peak season
• Overtime opportunities may be available

Pay Range

• $17-20 per hour

We provide a wide variety of landscaping services for homeowners and commercial properties alike. Our 5-acre garden center is located on Telegraph Road and is open to the public 7 days a week during the spring.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
