Overview
Hello! Vinaigrette is a fast paced scratch kitchen, featuring a fresh, colorful, and unique salad-focused menu. We also offer delicious grilled sandwiches on our homemade fermented bread, and make all of our dressings and sauces in-house!

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and problem-solving individual, who is also team-oriented and willing to learn!

Open availability for nights and weekends, as well as holidays. We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations, including inventory management and cash handling.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Utilize retail math skills for accurate cash handling and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a high volume, fast paced restaurant
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to motivate team members towards achieving goals.
• Proficient in basic math skills, including retail math for effective cash management.
• Experience in brewing or fine dining is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and helping others succeed.
