Summary

We are seeking a Dining Room Server to join our growing team at Princess Martha. In this role, you will provide exceptional dining experiences for our residents, ensuring they receive top-notch service in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Fold napkins
• Check tables in the station to ensure they are ready for service
• Ensure all water pitchers, coffee, ice, soup, lemons and china is available and ready for use during service.
• Follow all facility guidelines regarding serving residents and guest meals.
• If resident concern/problem occurs, apologize to the resident and inform supervisor immediately.
• Always use proper lifting techniques
• Pre-bus tables. Place dishes and silverware in dish area.
• Complete closing side duties as assigned.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• Assist with opening & closing tasks

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple residents.
• Excellent customer service skills with friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
