Job Overview
We are seeking full time , friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring guests' needs are met with efficiency and hospitality. Experience with POS systems and food industry standards is preferred, along with a passion for fine dining and guest relations. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed during food handling and service
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and setting up dining areas as needed
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, specials, and wine pairings to assist guests effectively
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to promote positive guest relations

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable, especially in fine dining or upscale venues
• Experience in hospitality roles
• Strong skills in customer service, upselling, and guest relations are essential
• Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations can be advantageous but not mandatory
• Candidates should demonstrate excellent time management skills, the ability to multitask during busy periods, and a professional demeanor in fast-paced environments
