Full-Time Service BDC agent/Customer Service Rep

Hill-Kelly Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM has an immediate opening for a BDC Service Agent / Customer Advocate.

The ideal candidate will have previous call center or customer service experience and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer care. Candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:
Hours will vary. Our dealership is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and some Saturdays are required from 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position.

Responsibilities and Skills Required:

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
• Work with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Previous customer service experience required
• Automotive experience is a plus
• Rental management experience is a plus
