Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, welcoming, and organized Showroom Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our walk-in clients, suppliers, and online inquiries. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, along with knowledge of marine equipment, aesthetic products, protective materials, and detailing materials. Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office applications is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome walk-in clients and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle telephone, email, and online inquiries efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain accurate records of visitors, calls, and inquiries.
• Provide product-related information (marine equipment, aesthetic items, protective and detailing materials) to clients and suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to manage client/supplier requirements.
• Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
• Prepare basic correspondence, quotations, and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
• Support the administrative team with day-to-day operations.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times.
