Now Hiring: Site Managers
We’re looking for motivated and community-minded professionals who value collaboration and integrity. As a Site Manager, you’ll take charge of daily site operations, lead a team of staff members, oversee maintenance and property services, and ensure residents experience top-quality care and service.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Duties

• Supervise daily property operations and ensure efficient site performance
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and service requests
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety and quality standards
• Build positive community connections through engagement and events
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service partners
• Track budgets and expenses to maintain cost control
• Enforce organizational and community policies consistently
• Keep detailed and organized administrative and operational records
• Prepare reports and attend monthly Board meetings

Minimum Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Able to pass drug screening and background checks
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams or managing properties/facilities
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Basic computer proficiency
• Coursework or degree in business, hospitality, property management, or related fields
• General knowledge of building systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical), as well as housekeeping and security operations
• Enthusiasm for learning and advancing within the company
