Full Time Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator

Mirano Social is a boutique social media and content strategy studio working with a curated roster of luxury brands and industry leaders. We focus on intentional storytelling, elevated visuals, and building digital presence that actually translates.
We’re growing, and with that, we’re looking to bring on a full-time team member who wants to grow alongside us.
This is not a plug-and-play role. It’s for someone who is excited to be part of a small, fast-moving team where ideas are valued, initiative is expected, and no two days look the same.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Social Media Management: Managing and supporting day-to-day social media across multiple client accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)
- Content Planning & Execution: Assist in content planning, caption writing, and scheduling
- Content Creation & Capture: Attend and execute content days, capturing iPhone content in real time, organizing shot lists, and ensuring all planned content is executed efficiently
- Video Editing: Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok) with a strong focus on pacing and storytelling
- Creative Contribution: Contribute to content concepts, series, and overall creative direction
- Brand Consistency: Assisting in maintaining brand consistency across multiple client accounts (voice, tone, visual direction)
- Trend Monitoring: Staying on top of trends while understanding what actually aligns with each brand
- Concept Development: Helping bring “fabricated” content concepts to life on slower days (b-roll, concept shoots, storytelling moments)
- Communicating with Client: Light client-facing communication when needed (updates, approvals, quick check-ins)
- Workflow Structuring: Continuously refining workflows and systems as we scale
- Organization: Supporting backend organization (content libraries, scheduling platforms, internal systems)

- You question why something isn't working and come up with a better solution without being told
- You’re looking for a long-term role where you can grow within a company, not just fill a position
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with Instagram + TikTok (personal or professional)
- Basic editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or Premiere etc.)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- NY or NJ based
Role Structure
- Full-time, hybrid role (mix of remote work + on-site content days)
- Content days may include some evenings and occasional weekends depending on client events
- Mix of remote work + on-site content days (depending on client needs)
- Opportunity to grow into a larger role as the company continues to scale
Compensation & Growth
- Base salary: $50,000–$60,000, depending on experience
- Additional earning potential through performance-based incentives
- Opportunity to earn a percentage of new business you help bring in or support
