Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Full-Time Social Media Coordinator specializing in Live Commerce and Luxury Resale to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. Duties

  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies focused on live commerce events and luxury resale branding to maximize audience engagement and sales.
  • Plan, coordinate, and host live shopping sessions across platforms such as Facebook Live, Instagram Live, and TikTok Live, ensuring seamless execution and audience interaction.
  • Create high-quality visual content including photography, graphic design, and video editing using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro to showcase products effectively.
  • Manage social media accounts with tools like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics via Google Analytics and Web Analytics tools.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity; leverage insights to refine content strategies.
  • Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research to improve visibility on search engines and social platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and digital marketing campaigns including Facebook Advertising to reach targeted audiences.
  • Engage with followers through relationship management practices—responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster community loyalty.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management with a focus on live commerce or e-commerce platforms within the luxury resale or fashion industry.
  • Strong skills in content creation including photography, video editing, graphic design, and proofreading to produce polished digital assets.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer; experience with Facebook Advertising is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
  • Ability to develop engaging campaigns that align with branding goals while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail; capable of building positive relationships with team members and online communities alike.
