Full-Time Social Media Manager & Lingerie Stylist

Bellefleur Lingerie is looking for a lingerie stylist and social media manager to join our team!

ABOUT YOU

• Must love connecting with people and face-to-face interaction
• Love the boutique brick-and-mortar retail environment; high end retail sales experience is highly preferred, lingerie/bra fitting experience preferred
• Are sales-oriented and motivated by hitting goals and sales numbers
• Love fashion, have a good sense of style
• Have experience creating branded content for social media - primarily Instagram and Facebook.
• Have experience and understanding of how to increase engagement and followers on social media.

YOUR ROLE

• On the sales floor, you will be working either alone or alongside our stylists to create the perfect boutique experience for our customers
• The first few months will be focused on training, sales, customer service, and getting comfortable with day-to-day store operations.
• Social media and marketing tasks will be added after roughly 3 months
• Engaging with customers and representing Bellefleur in person
• Bra fittings (you will be trained on this)
• In-depth customer styling experiences
• Customer assistance in person, via phone, and e-mail
• Ringing up sales, exchanges, gift certificates, wrapping gifts
• General store operations
• Maintaining store appearance
• Checking in new orders into the inventory system, preparing & tagging product
• Merchandising/product placement in the store, creating compelling in-store displays
• Regular/daily communication with manager via phone and e-mail regarding tasks and priorities
• Light cleaning; dusting, vacuuming, emptying vacuum, taking out the trash
• Social media tasks will be mostly focused on Instagram and will include in-store photography, regular posting and stories, curating the feed, keeping Facebook and Instagram pages static content updated and current, keeping up with all new techniques and social media trends and what tends to drive the most engagement. Making sure all content represents the brand, and communicating with customers on these platforms.

SCHEDULE

• 32-40 hours per week, schedule would fall within shop hours of 11am-7pm Monday-Sunday
• You will either be working independently, or alongside our Lead Stylists, depending on the day.
• Must be available to work weekends
• Possible schedule shifts/changes depending on shop needs
• Must be available the weeks before (and including) Christmas Eve and Valentine's Day
• Must be able to work Small Business Saturday (typically the last weekend of November)

COMPENSATION

• $23-$38 per hour depending on sales and commission
