Responsibilities:
· Be expected to see 25-35 patients/day
· Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of physician
· Able to care for adult patients as well as pediatric patients; Sees all ages of patients (including new borns)
· Evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients clinical problems and health care needs
· Records physical findings
· Formulates plan and prognosis based on patient’s condition
· Prescribes or recommends medications or other forms of treatment
· Refers patients to Physician for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment
· Able to maintain medical records with ICD code
Qualifications:
· Licensed with board eligible or certified
· 1+ year of experience preferred but not required
· Must be able to speak English and Spanish fluently (bilingual)
· Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills
