Hours and Salary

Part/Full Time

20-40 hours per week

Starting at $12.00/hour

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Qualifications

• Follow Bright From the State Regulations
• Supervise children while maintaining patience and understanding
• Provide a safe, nurturing environment with structured activities for all ages
• Self-starter who is able to work with limited supervision and handle multiple tasks
• No physical limitations: able to kneel down, pick up items, carry infants and small

children, and be able to lift at least 60 pounds

• Willing to work with children of persons in life-crisis situations
• Must always adhere to confidentiality and privacy of clients, including at work and

in the community

• Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with people of diversity
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
