Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full Time Teacher to inspire and nurture young minds in a dynamic educational environment. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including Montessori and other early childhood education frameworks
  • Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and active learning for children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers
  • Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management strategies to ensure a safe and respectful space for all students
  • Assess student progress regularly using standardized testing methods and provide tailored tutoring or additional support as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support children’s developmental milestones in areas such as math, literacy, physical education, and social skills
  • Incorporate early intervention techniques to support children with special education needs or developmental delays
  • Maintain detailed records of student activities, progress reports, and classroom incidents while ensuring compliance with child welfare policies
  • Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, classroom management, childcare practices, and curriculum innovations

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
  • Experience in curriculum development across various subjects including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods
  • Proven ability to work effectively with children of different ages, including toddlers and preschoolers
  • Expertise in classroom management techniques that foster positive behavior and an inclusive learning environment
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with parents, colleagues, and specialists
  • Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and assessment tools for young learners
  • Ability to design engaging lesson plans that incorporate hands-on activities and child-centered learning approaches
  • Experience working within private school or daycare settings is preferred
  • Knowledge of special education strategies and early intervention techniques for children with diverse needs
  • Competence in managing classroom routines while promoting child welfare and safety standards
