Job Summary
DME Academy is seeking an enthusiastic, student-centered Teacher (All Subjects) who will motivate, support, and inspire learners academically, socially, and emotionally. This role requires innovation, flexibility, and a commitment to high-quality instruction using both in-person and online curriculum resources.

Responsibilities·

• Facilitate engaging, authentic learning experiences connected to real-world and college readiness skills.
• Teach classes, lead small groups, and guide classroom discussions and collaborative projects.
• Implement personalized learning plans aligned with student goals and the school’s mission.
• Track student progress using data and ensure learning goals are met.
• Deliver standards-based lessons that promote mastery and maintain appropriate pace.
• Provide individualized, meaningful feedback to support student growth.
• Build positive relationships and mentor students academically, socially, and emotionally.
• Maintain a structured, motivating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians, school leadership, and colleagues.
• Keep accurate records and complete required reports.
• Support school accreditation efforts and participate in workshops, meetings, and professional learning.
• Attend school-sponsored evening/weekend events as required.
• Model professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid State Professional Educator’s Certificate (Grades 5–9 and/or 6–12) OR Temporary Certificate/Statement of Eligibility.
• Two or more years of classroom teaching experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with technology, digital learning tools, and LMS/SIS platforms.

Pay: $47,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
