FULL TIME team members needed(Cypress location)

JUICE IT UP! Cypress Store is now hiring new Team Member! FULL time. More than 30 hrs per week, need to be able to work on flexible schedule, Opening/mid shift/closing shift and holidays.

Job Purpose:
To guide each customer through the JIU! customer experience, before, during and after the purchase.

Outcomes and Responsibilities
1. Serve only quality products in a sparkling store!
a. Follow JIU! standards when handling and preparing all smoothies, juices, bowls and food.
b. Follow JIU! standards when cleaning and maintaining equipment, POS, windows, floors, shelving, counters, tables, chairs, outside areas, restrooms, and any part of the JIU! store.
c. Ensure cups, spoons, napkins, merchandise, and snacks are stocked and available to customers at all times.
d. Follow health and safety standards to assists others in doing the same.

2. Offer Samples/Product Knowledge, Catering/Handout Flyers when needed
a. Welcome every customer with a sincere greeting and offer them samples if any. Answer any questions and offer product knowledge.
b. Catering Service/Hangout flyers when needed

3. POS and Cash Handling
a. Master POS and order taking process to ensure correct product, always ask for customer name and deliver drink with customer name and drink name.
b. Be able to count change and have be skilled at accepting cash, credit cards and gift cards for payment.
c. Able to enter coupons and loyalty cards.
d. Qualified to count and balance cash drawer with accuracy.

Work environment
Semi confined space, generally cold in temperature and noisy. Extremely team oriented. Individuals work or with one to two other employees.
