Core Responsibilities

Supervise technicians (electricians, HVAC, plumbers, fire alarm techs)

Assign daily tasks and monitor job progress

Ensure maintenance / installation work is done correctly

Troubleshoot technical issues on-site

Review drawings, BOQs, and work orders

Coordinate with engineers, clients, and project managers

Ensure safety compliance (HSE standards)

Prepare reports (daily/weekly work reports)

Manage materials, tools, and manpower

Team Leader-Specific Tasks

Lead a small team (5-20 technicians)

Train junior staff

Ensure deadlines and service quality

Handle emergency breakdowns (24/7 sometimes).
