Overview
We are seeking an experienced motivated and detail-oriented Full Time Teller to join our team. As a Teller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling various banking transactions. Your role is crucial in building customer relationships and ensuring their banking needs are met efficiently and accurately. This position requires strong cash handling skills and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle cash management duties, ensuring all transactions are balanced at the end of each shift.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts and provide information on bank products and services.
• Promote financial sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking solutions.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
• Support loan origination and processing by gathering necessary documentation from customers.
• Utilize cash registers and 10 key typing for transaction processing.
• Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication and personalized service.

• Proficient in cash handling with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills to enhance client satisfaction.
• Sales-oriented mindset to promote financial products effectively.
• Knowledge of cash management principles to ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Experience in loan origination and processing is a plus.
• Familiarity with cash registers and ability to perform 10 key typing efficiently.
• Previous experience in a banking environment is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
