Full-time Teller / Member Service Representative

Please Note: Availability Monday through Saturday is required. This is a full-time position, up to 36 hours per week, and candidates must have flexible availability across these days. If you are unable to meet this scheduling requirement, we will not proceed with an interview.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Preferred: Experience in Cash handling

Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented full-time Teller/Member Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service to our members while performing a variety of financial transactions. Candidates with strong cash-handling skills, a foundation in basic math, and a passion for customer care will thrive in this role. Experience in customer relationship management and fraud prevention is a plus and will help build trust and maintain the security of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service by assisting members with transactions and account-related inquiries
  • Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other cash transactions
  • Maintain precise records and ensure compliance with credit union policies and regulations
  • Support fraud prevention efforts by monitoring for unusual or suspicious account activity
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a welcoming and efficient environment
