Full Time Teller, Member Services Rep

We are looking for the right candidate to provide excellent customer service in person and on the phone, while processing all types of banking transactions. Your schedule will vary a little bit, but will be between the hours of 7:45 am and 5:45 pm. This full time position will be scheduled between 35-40 hours weekly. You will also be asked to work occasional Saturday mornings. You may be asked to help at different office locations. Previous banking experience is certainly helpful, but is not required, we would love to train the right person to take care of our valued members.

The banking world is always evolving and we know we have to evolve with it, so from time to time we will make changes, so an open mind and flexibility with your regular job tasks will be key in this position. The great part of change is that you will also have the opportunity to learn more aspects of the banking industry and Firefighters Credit Union!

Here are a few qualities that we are looking for:

• Cash handling and basic customer service experience is preferred! (A proven work history goes a long way!)
• Must have a positive, upbeat attitude and be ready to learn!
• Candidates should also have attention to detail and be well organized!
• We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our credit union, and stay long term with our organization.
