About This Role

This position is based in our Eddy branch in South Bend.

The right person will enjoy:

You will primarily serve as a Teller, while also learning and supporting New Accounts responsibilities — giving you the opportunity to grow your knowledge and skills within the bank.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, thoughtful service to every customer
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with opening new accounts and services
• Learn and understand the bank’s products and services
• Follow established procedures and compliance standards
• Maintain an organized, professional workspace
• Look for ways to stay productive and support your team throughout the day

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to stay self-motivated and productive in a steady-paced environment
• Genuine interest in helping people and building relationships
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous banking and New Accounts experience preferred
• Dependability and strong attendance
• Willingness to learn and grow

Bonus: Spanish-speaking skills are highly valued!

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move coin bags up to 25 pounds
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
