The Role (Day-to-Day Care)

• Providing attentive infant care
• Feeding, changing, soothing, and supporting routines
• Planning age-appropriate developmental activities
• Daily walks and outdoor time
• Bottle preparation and sanitizing
• Baby laundry
• Maintaining organization of child-related spaces
• Providing thoughtful communication and updates to parents

Collaboration & Communication

The family is seeking a nurturing, dependable caregiver who genuinely enjoys infant care and is excited to support early development through meaningful engagement, outdoor time, and age-appropriate activities.

Pets

The family has a dog. The candidate should be comfortable around animals and willing to assist with light pet-related tasks if needed.

Travel

Travel is not expected for this role. When applicable, the family will provide advance notice and ensure clear expectations around scheduling and compensation.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is warm, nurturing, reliable, and experienced with infants. They enjoy supporting developmental milestones, creating enriching experiences, and building strong relationships with families. Candidates who speak Spanish are encouraged to apply, though this is not required.

Requirements
