The children are active, curious, and joyful. Their older child loves music, books, puzzles, playgrounds, and imaginative play (especially princesses and Frozen), while the younger child is sweet, busy, and on the move—enjoying cars, trucks, books, and time with his big sister.

- Provide attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care for both children
- Support consistent daily routines while remaining flexible to changing needs
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities, including play, reading, outdoor time, and enrichment
- Encourage creativity, independence, and social-emotional development
Maintain a calm, structured, and positive environment
- Work closely with parents to ensure alignment in caregiving philosophy and routines
- Communicate clearly and proactively regarding the children’s needs, schedules, and development
Support a team-oriented household with flexibility and professionalism
- Manage children’s laundry, wardrobe organization, and upkeep of belongings
- Maintain clean, organized play areas, bedrooms, and child-related spaces
- Prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks for the children
Assist with general tidying related to the children throughout the day

- The family is seeking a nanny who is open to traveling with them up to 15 days per year with advance notice.
- Preference for candidates currently based in Massachusetts, though relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New Hampshire.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
