Full-Time TopDressing Specialist

Join our dynamic team as a Full-Time TopDressing Specialist, specializing in installing TopDressing! This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to install high quality TopDressing on high quality lawns.

Duties

• Work as a helper with a TopDressing route driver
• Follow mapped routes using company-provided smartphone apps
• Install TopDressing, fertilizer, seed, and mulch
• Submit daily updates to management on progress and completed routes
• Maintain a steady, efficient work pace while working independently
• This position is 100% outdoors daily

Experience

• Landscaping or lawn care understanding
• Ability to identify grass types and well-maintained lawns for targeted distribution
• Ability to operate equipment (aerator, compost distribution equipment)
• Ability to complete physical repetitive tasks

Full-time: 5-6 days per week

Important:

This position is best suited for someone who takes pride in completing their work correctly the first time. Missed days, lack of communication, or incomplete routes will not be a fit for this role.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
