A private, faith-centered family is seeking a professional, career nanny for a full-time traveling role. This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has strong moral character, and desires to become a steady, trusted presence in the lives of two young children.

This is not a typical 9–5 role. The schedule is travel-heavy and requires flexibility, stamina, and a true team mindset. Certain seasons operate at a very full pace, while others allow for a lighter rhythm. Flexibility and lifestyle fit are essential.

The family is looking for a nurturing, hands-on nanny who loves engaging with children at their level including: reading, building, exploring, playing outdoors, and creating meaningful structure to the day. This role blends attentive childcare with supportive household responsibilities and requires discretion, maturity, and initiative. Perfect for someone who is grounded, down-to-earth, intelligent, adaptable, and excited to embrace adventure on the road.

Commitment: 1–3 years preferred

Schedule

This is a full-time position with extensive travel required throughout the year.

Certain months operate on a 7-day schedule with evenings and weekends included.Other months transition to a lighter, part-time weekday rhythm.

Note: This role has the potential to be structured as a live-in position in Tennessee for the right candidate.

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

Childcare & Development

• Provide attentive, engaged care for two young children
• Prepare children’s meals and snacks
• Support daily routines including dressing, bathing, naps, and bedtime
• Plan age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
• Travel with the family and confidently manage children’s needs on the road
• Communicate clearly with parents regarding daily updates and milestones
• Respect a no-personal-device policy while children are awake (except for emergency or direct parent communication)

Household Support

• Maintain children’s laundry and organization of their spaces
• Reset kitchen and common areas used throughout the day
• Assist with packing and unpacking for travel
• Restock children’s essentials and monitor household inventory
• Take initiative to keep the home running smoothly day-to-day

• Comfortable with extensive travel and a non-traditional schedule
• Adaptable and steady in fast-paced environments
• Warm, engaged, and attentive with young children
• Proactive and able to take initiative without constant direction
• Respects discretion, privacy, and household boundaries
• Works well alongside a hands-on parent
• Free from outside obligations that would limit travel flexibility
• Valid driver’s license required
• Clean background and driving record
