We are seeking a Truck Driver/Compaction Equipment Operator to support our growing team. This role involves operating our specialized trucks and state-of-the-art compaction equipment to serve clients when full-time drivers are unavailable. If you're flexible, safety-conscious, and enjoy hands-on work, this opportunity is for you. Training will be provided during a probationary period at the company’s expense.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 24,000-pound truck equipped with hydraulic compaction equipment.
• Service customers within the exclusive Columbus metro area.
• Skillfully operate compaction machinery at client sites to reduce waste volume.
• Accurately track and document work activities using a handheld device.
• Report any issues or incidents promptly to dispatch.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the truck and equipment.
• Support the Sales Team as needed.
• Assist with the maintenance and cleaning of trucks and machinery.
• Foster positive, professional interactions with customers.

Qualifications:

• Previous truck driving experience or similar roles.
• Ability to manage physical workloads.
• Strong work ethic and attention to safety.
• Friendly and customer-focused personality.
• Ability to interface with clients daily
• Must pass a background check and DOT drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
• Flexibility in work hours.
