Full Time Video Editor - (Onsite)

Location: Surat (Relocate Required) | Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Salary: ₹25k–35k/month (performance-based increments)
Work Days/Hours: Mon–Sat, 10 AM–7 PM | Probation: 1 Month
Requirement: Own laptop/PC for pro editing

About Me
Starting as a content creator focused on business & marketing case studies.
Output: 30 Shorts (1 min each) per month + 2–3 long-form case study videos.
You’ll work with me in my home studio to create professional, engaging content.

Responsibilities
Edit 30 Shorts + 2–3 long videos monthly
Cutting & pacing, captions, B-roll/A-roll, sound balance
Maintain clean, consistent business-style edits
Collaborate with me to refine format

Skills & Tools
2–3 yrs exp in professional editing
Strong in: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve
Must handle both short-form & long-form
Portfolio/showreel mandatory (apps without ignored)
