Full-Time Videographer + Editor (Real Estate Brand)

Own It Realty is a fast-growing, high-performance real estate brokerage based in Metro Detroit. We don’t just sell homes, we build brands, create content, and dominate attention.

We’re looking for a hungry, creative videographer/editor who wants to be part of something bigger—helping scale agents, listings, and a personal brand that’s built to win.

What You’ll Be Doing

Videography

• Shoot high-quality listing videos (homes, walkthroughs, reels)
• Film agent content (social media, promos, lifestyle clips)
• Capture personal brand content (entrepreneur, real estate, lifestyle)

Editing

• Edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
• Edit long-form content (YouTube, podcast-style, brand storytelling)
• Add captions, hooks, transitions, music, and effects

Content Execution

• Help brainstorm viral content ideas
• Stay on top of trends (real estate + social media)
• Organize and manage media files
• Assist with posting or prepping content (optional bonus)

What We’re Looking For

✅ Strong videography + editing skills (portfolio required)
✅ Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut / After Effects
✅ Understanding of short-form content that converts
✅ Ability to move fast and hit deadlines
✅ Creative eye for branding, storytelling, and luxury presentation
✅ Reliable, organized, and takes ownership

Bonus if you:

• Have real estate media experience
• Understand social media growth (hooks, retention, virality)
• Can direct agents on camera (confidence + leadership)

Compensation
