THE YACHT BROKERS is hiring a full-time videographer to help us create high-end yacht content that stands out online. We are looking for someone who knows how to capture boats, lifestyle, movement, and luxury in a way that makes people stop scrolling.

This role is for someone who can confidently film on the water, on docks, at marinas, at boat shows, and on yachts of all sizes. Drone experience is required.

What You’ll Do

• Film yachts for listings, brand content, walkthroughs, and social media
• Capture high-quality video in a variety of environments including marinas, offshore, and onboard moving vessels
• Operate drones safely and professionally for dynamic aerial footage
• Edit polished video content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Work closely with our team to bring creative ideas to life
• Travel locally for shoots and occasionally assist with boat show and event coverage
• Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and final exports

What We’re Looking For

• Strong videography skills with a sharp eye for luxury branding and storytelling
• Drone flight and filming experience
• Experience filming boats, yachts, real estate, cars, travel, or other high-end lifestyle content is a big plus
• Strong editing skills and knowledge of current social and YouTube content styles
• Ability to work quickly, professionally, and with attention to detail
• Comfortable filming around water and on moving vessels
• Reliable, organized, and easy to work with
• Based in or near Fort Lauderdale preferred
• Passport (required) and can travel internationally
• Be comfortable flying in smaller private planes

Bonus Points

• Experience shooting yacht walkthroughs
• YouTube long-form content experience
• Social media reel editing experience
• Color grading and sound design ability
• Photography experience
