Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. Responsibilities

  • Provide executive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
  • Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while responding to inquiries and managing communications.
  • Provide support on some personal tasks
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Assist in the generation of daily and monthly reports

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Experience in providing personal assistant services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with calendar management tools and event planning software is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
